This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Elite LV Detailing website and submit a quote request.
The short version: When you click “Send quote request,” your details are submitted to Formspree, which processes the request and routes an email notification to Elite LV. Simply typing in the form does not send a request.
1. Details you send
The form asks for your first and last name, phone number, email address, vehicle make, model and year, preferred service, and vehicle condition. Additional notes are optional. Please do not include payment card numbers, identification documents, passwords, or other sensitive information.
2. How requests are processed
We use Formspree to receive quote requests. When you submit the form, your entries are transmitted to Formspree and made available to Elite LV through form submissions and email notifications. Formspree and the email provider may store the request and process technical information for delivery, security, and spam prevention. A verification challenge may be presented when submitting.
See Formspree’s privacy policy for its handling of personal information. The website does not store form entries in its own database or browser storage; your browser may remember entries according to your settings.
3. How we use your information
Elite LV uses the details you submit to respond to your inquiry, discuss your vehicle, prepare a quote, and coordinate requested service. Submitting a quote request does not book a service or authorize a payment.
Requests may be retained in Formspree and the company’s email records to manage inquiries and service records. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent, reply to our response or contact @elitelvcardetailing. Please identify your request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved service matters.
4. Website operation and cookies
This website’s own code does not add advertising trackers, analytics tools, or cookies, and does not sell form entries or share them for targeted advertising. The hosting and access services that deliver the website may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and security logs. They may use their own cookies or similar technology for access and security under their own policies.
5. Links to Instagram
Instagram is operated by Meta, separately from Elite LV. Visiting Instagram or sending a message there is governed by Meta’s policies and your account settings. You can review the Instagram privacy policy for details. We link to Instagram rather than embedding its posts or tracking scripts in this website.
6. Your choices and security
You can browse without completing the form, leave optional fields blank, edit your message before sending it, or decide not to send it. Use your browser and device settings to manage saved form entries and browsing data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please limit messages to the information needed for your quote.
7. Changes and questions
